A former England captain who has sued his former employers, the government and the National Health Service has been sentenced to 10 months in prison.
David Blunt, 45, was sentenced to five years and three months in prison in 2016 after pleading guilty to one count of conspiring to traffic in counterfeit and fraudulent medicines. The charge was set at the low end of the range for a five-year sentence, and was determined to be beyond the advisory range for life.
